From here, you can embark on the additional Angel Falls Overnight excursion, a two-day expedition that takes you through rivers and hikes to the Salto Angel viewpoint. Camp Canaima is the place where comfort and adventure meet.

• Overnight at Angel Falls

This excursion departs from the lobby area starting at 8:00 am.  We recommend wearing light clothing that can get wet and dry quickly. We also recommend evening clothes and an extra swimsuit for the return trip by canoe the next day.
We depart on the camp's shuttle to Ucaima Port, where we will board the canoe to navigate the Carrao River toward Angel Falls. We will cruise for 25 minutes to make our first stop, Mayupa Island. We will then take a 45-minute walk to the other side, where the boat will be waiting for us.
We board and cruise for 1 hour and 30 minutes, then have lunch on the Churun ​​River, where Angel Falls' water comes from. At a strategic stop, we disembark for lunch.

We then continue along the Churun ​​River for 1 hour and 30 minutes until we reach Raton Island, where we will be in front of Angel Falls. From there, we will hike for 1 hour and 30 minutes with our guide to the Angel Falls Lookout Point. We will get a closer look at the waterfall. Weather permitting, we will descend into the Angel Falls pool, and since we are spending the night, we will be able to reach the wall. We then return to base camp for dinner and rest.

The next day, we will have breakfast at 7:30 am and then return to Canaima the following day. We will be at camp between 11 am and 12:30 pm.
